Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) is a contract vehicle designed to provide a broad range of comprehensive technical, professional, and support services and solutions for the FAA. OTI was awarded FAA eFAST for Air Transportation Support, Business Administration & Management, Computer Systems Support, Computer/Information Systems Development, and Document & Training.

DOJ Mega 4

The Mega 4 contract is a competitively awarded vehicle with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for purposes of providing information technology and automated litigation support services to DOJ offices, boards and divisions as well as other federal government agencies.

Defense Language Interpretation Translation Enterprise (DLITE): this contract provides translation and interpretation services for personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and any other non-personal services necessary to perform language interpretation and translation services for Force Projection Operations mission area only.



GISS is a Multiple-Award IDIQ contract administered by the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). It supports a breadth and depth of various missions including but not limited to: intelligence analysis, electronic systems, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems, security systems, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) systems, prototype intelligence hardware/software suites, facilities that are developed, deployed, maintained and repaired at the highest state of readiness, and business functions consistent with Army directives and standards.

National Security Agency (NSA) NSETS II (the NSA Small Business Set-aside) is a follow-on to the original NSETS program. NSETS II enables NSA to competitively acquire agency requirements for business, engineering, information technology, operations support, and training services from teams of highly qualified small businesses.

Veterans Technology Services (VETS), a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a qualified, diverse pool of service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. With a $5 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, VETS allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses.



OASIS is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. This contract:

  • Spans many areas of expertise and mission spaces
  • Spans multiple professional service disciplines
  • Allows flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level; and
  • Allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level.

The core disciplines of the contract include program management services, management consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services, and financial services.



OTI is a teaming partner with one of 22 Prime small businesses on the Army's Operations, Planning, Training and Resource Support Services (OPTARSS II) contract. This contracting vehicle is structured for maximum flexibility in order to quicken the ordering process and to satisfy the needs of operations customers all through the Army and Department of Defense (DoD).

OPTARSS II is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, multiple-award contract from the U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center at Fort McPherson, GA. which all Army Contracting Command Centers can use to contract for CONUS and OCONUS services.
